About Me

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I got my start sewing when I was 17 in high school in a fashion design class. From then I became a hobbyist costumer creating cosplay costumes and going to conventions around Texas. Once I graduated high school I had a time as a Music Education major before coming back to costumes as my true calling when I returned to school in 2021 at Sam Houston State University.

Since then I have been proactive in seeking out work and as such have had a good amount of opportunities in a short time. I've gotten to work on an opera produced by my university, to design makeup for a straight play at my university, and gotten my first professional contract as a stitcher for Bigfork Summer Playhouse, a summer stock theatre in Bigfork, Montana.

In the future I hope to continue to work in costume construction and begin to branch into design more. I also hope to begin working on my own personal projects again as well.
